We guarantee that you will be happy with your frogs, or your money back! We generally do not have a restocking charge or service charge for returns or exchanges. Just Email froggifts@aol.com if you have questions about our policies or how to handle returns. Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you receive your order and it is damaged please hold onto the item in it’s original packaging (including outer shipping box and fillers like styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap etc.) and contact us so that we may file a claim with the shipping service. In the meantime we will send you a replacement or give you a refund. In most cases we will ask for your permission to have the shipper (UPS/USPS) call or drop by to asses the item(s)..
If your order is lost during tranit, we will try to locate your order and either reship your order to you or offer you a refund. If there is any errors, we will do our best to provide you fast and accurate orders. If any questions or problems please email us froggifts@aol.com.

To return an item, please box it securely and include a copy of your packing slip or your order number, with name and address. Please enclose a note indicating your request.

Returns MUST be repackaged in the exact same manner that the items were shipped to you. Improper packaging on returns will disqualify you for a return please be careful when repackaging. Items returned damaged or in a condition that makes them unable to be resold will not be refunded.

Being human, we occasionally have miscounts on product inventory, or sometimes the last of an item in stock has a flaw. We will do our best to provide you with any shortages or out of stock items. Any questions please email froggifts@aol.com .
